The arrival experience is central to the project. Rather than revealing itself immediately, AGATA invites visitors on a carefully composed journey. A semi-open courtyard acts as a transitional space between exterior and interior, slowing the pace and heightening the senses. Here, warm natural stone accompanies every step, creating a tactile connection with the architecture and establishing a calm dialogue between built form and nature.
Throughout the villa, transparency and openness dissolve conventional boundaries. Expansive glazing frames views of the surrounding landscape while allowing natural light to penetrate deep into the interiors.
